If buyer changes their mind about the product after evaluating it, then buyer can return the item any time within this 14 day period. Item must be returned in original packaging and ensuring that we receive it without damage. Buyer pays for return postage costs, unless otherwise specified.
For Faulty Goods (within 30 days):
If, within 30 days of receipt, product is found to be faulty, buyer should notify seller. Seller will send postage paid returns label which can be used for returning the product at no cost to buyer. Item can be either refunded or replaced according to buyer's wishes. If buyer wants a full refund, the basic cost of delivery will also be refunded.
For Any Goods (after 30 days):
